Operating Cash

Operating Cash. With respect to the Borrower, at any time, an amount equal to (a) Cash plus equivalents (including, credit card receivables) minus (b) the sum of (i) any amount accrued to pay taxes and (ii) those portions of Current Liabilities that are overdue or otherwise aged beyond thirty (30) days.
