Operating Costs. The definition set forth in the Operating Costs article of this Lease

Operating Costs. Shall not include (in addition to all other exclusions set forth in the Original Lease) any amounts payable to any Mortgagee in connection with any work performed on the Building, whether treated as debt service, reimbursements or otherwise.

Operating Costs. Shall mean the amount of all costs incurred as a result of the ownership, control, maintenance, operation and administration of the Riverside County Assets and the Subsidiary Ownership Interests and any business conducted thereon and shall include, but are not limited to all property taxes, real property assessments, utility costs, personnel costs, consulting fees, insurance costs, attorneys' fees, fuel costs, repairs, and a fair allocated portion of general overhead costs for personnel... associated with accounting, management, consulting and other similar functions.
