Operating Revenue. Has the meaning assigned in Item 6 of the Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the Waste Management, Inc. on -10- February 20, 2004. And, for purposes of this Award, Operating Revenue shall be calculated in accordance with the accounting pronouncements, polices and classifications used in that Form 10-K.
