Operations. Means the activities carried out pursuant to the Exploration, Development and Related Work under this Agreement.

Operations. All business operations, sales, and other commercial cannabis activities related to the Business during the Term. For the avoidance of doubt Operations shall exclude (i) any and all operations related to the Additional Operations, whether such operations occur during or after the Term; and (ii) any and all operations related to the Business outside of the Term.
