Operator of Record. The entity that is a registered operator with the Railroad Commission of the State of Texas ("RRC") and files the necessary information with the RRC as it relates to the operation and reporting of the Hackberry Creek Prospect on its behalf for the benefit of all working interest and royalty owners in the same, defined herein as ZAZA.
