Operator

Operator. Means T. Michael Ansley, an individual residing in Michigan.

Operator. An individual designated as described in Section 5.B. who shall devote his full time and best efforts to the management and supervision of (i) Developer's duties and obligations hereunder; and (ii) the operation of the Restaurants.

Operator. Means the entity that operates the Aircraft.

Operator. The meaning set forth in the preamble.

Operator. Is any of the Subscriber's employees, representatives, consultants, agents, contractors or other persons expressly permitted by the Subscriber in connection with Subscriber's business affairs who are authorized to use the Service and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by the Subscriber (or by NCINO at Subscriber's request).

Operator. The Party having the right to conduct Mining Operations on the Properties pursuant to Subsection 5.1(i) or Section 6.7.

Operator. Tallgrass NatGas Operator, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, or any successor thereto that the Company has engaged to operate and maintain the Pipeline

Operator. Shall mean Touchpoint as specified on the cover page of this Agreement.

Operator. WINNIE-STOWELL HOSPITAL DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, or any subsequent operator approved by HUD.
