Opportunistic Funds

Opportunistic Funds. Shall mean Other MSREI Clients that have an opportunistic strategy and receive priority over the Company and the Operating Partnership with respect to such investments, as determined by MSREI, including but not limited to, North Haven Real Estate Fund X Global-F, L.P., a pooled investment vehicle, organized as an Alberta, Canada limited partnership (including its parallel, predecessor and any successor funds).
