Option Closing Date

Option Closing Date. Means the Option Closing Date as defined in the Purchase Agreement.

Option Closing Date. Shall mean the Optional Delivery Date, as such term is defined in the Purchase Agreement, or if the Initial Purchaser does not exercise its option to purchase additional Securities pursuant to the terms of the Purchase Agreement, "Option Closing Date" shall mean the Closing Date.

Option Closing Date. Means the date on which IPC Advisors S.a.r.l. or its affiliate or Balanced Care Tenant (HCN), Inc. closes on the purchase of the Facilities pursuant to the Option to Purchase under the Lease.

Option Closing Date. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement.

Option Closing Date. Shall mean the date specified in the Option Notice, which shall be no later than sixty (60) days and no earlier than forty five (45) days from the date of delivery of the Option Notice, provided that where the appraisal procedure has been initiated as provided for in Section 4.2, such Option Closing Date shall be the fifth (5th) Business Day after the determination of the Option Price in accordance with Section 4.

Option Closing Date. Means the last Additional Closing Date as defined in the Purchase Agreement.

Option Closing Date. Means the date on which an Option Closing occurs.

Option Closing Date. Any date on which Option Securities are purchased. In the event that the Option Securities are purchased on the Closing Date, then the Option Closing Date shall be the Closing Date.

Option Closing Date. Means the date on which the Option Closing occurs, such date being no later than July 31, 2016 unless otherwise agreed by the Parties
