Option Consideration. The sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100).
Option Consideration. If (i) the Closing Date occurs within six (6) months after the Merger Closing Date, and (ii) Enterprises has not exercised the Enterprises Warrant, in full, on or prior to the Closing Date, Optionee shall only pay sixty percent (60%) of the Option Consideration (i.e., 5,400,000 shares of Quentra Common Stock and 2,280,000 Warrants) to Conrad and the Enterprises Warrant shall convert into the right to receive forty percent (40%) of the Option...
