Option Excess Price. Shall mean the aggregate amount paid by the Company in respect of Exercisable Option Shares pursuant to Section 5 or 6, as applicable. 18 "Option Exercise Price" shall mean the exercise price of the shares of Common Stock covered by the applicable Option.
