Example Definitions of "Option Exchange Program"
Option Exchange Program. A program whereby outstanding Options are surrendered or cancelled in exchange for Options that are granted more than six months and one day following such surrender or cancellation and are of the same type (which may have a lower exercise price or purchase price), of a different type and/or cash, and subject to certain conditions (e.g., continued employment).
