Option Exercise Price

Option Exercise Price. The purchase price per share of Common Stock covered by an Option granted pursuant to the Plan

Option Exercise Price. Means the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased upon the exercise of an Option.

Option Exercise Price. Shall mean the price paid for Shares upon the exercise of a Stock Option granted hereunder.
