Option Expiration Date

Option Expiration Date. The date that is 60 days following the Option/Tolling Termination Notice Date

Option Expiration Date. The term "Option Expiration Date" with respect to any Option shall mean the date selected by the Committee after which, except as provided in Section 10.4 in the case of the death of the Employee to whom the option was granted, the Option may not be exercised.

Option Expiration Date. Means the day that is the later to occur of (x) thirty (30) days after the date of this Agreement (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), or (y) the day that is ten (10) Business Days after the day as of which all of the conditions set forth in Sections 0 and 7 (other than the conditions set forth in Section 7 (xiv)) below have been satisfied or waived (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).
