Option Grant Notice

Option Grant Notice. Means a written notice from the Company to an Optionee evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Option grant. Each Option Grant Notice shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan. References in the Plan to an Option Grant Notice shall include the notices issued in connection with the Plan as well as the relevant provisions, if any, of any individually negotiated employment contract, agreement, or any other written plan covering the Participant.
