Option Holder

Option Holder. Means the Optionee or, if as of the relevant time the Stock Option has passed to a Beneficiary, the Beneficiary.

Option Holder. A person to whom an Option is granted pursuant to the Plan or, if applicable, such other person who holds an outstanding Option

Option Holder. Any person to whom an Option is granted hereunder, which Option has not been exercised and has not terminated or expired.

Option Holder. A Participant to whom one or more Options is granted under this Plan or, if applicable, such other person who holds one or more outstanding Options

Option Holder. A person to whom an Option has been granted (or, as the context requires, his personal representatives)

Option Holder. An individual to whom an Option has been granted (including where the context permits, the legal personal representatives of a deceased Option Holder)

Option Holder. (c)"Option Holder" means the Award Recipient or, if as of the relevant time the Option has passed to a Beneficiary or Permitted Transferee, the Beneficiary or Permitted Transferee, as the case may be, who holds the Option pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
