Option Stock. With respect to a Participant, means any Common Stock issued to such Participant upon exercise of any Options granted hereunder. For all purposes of this Plan, Option Stock will continue to be Option Stock in the hands of any holder other than a Participant (except for the Company and purchasers pursuant to a Public Sale), and each such other holder of Option Stock will succeed to all rights and obligations attributable to such Participant as a holder of Option Stock hereunder.
