Option Term

Option Term. Period beginning on the Grant Date of an option and ending on the expiration date of such option, as specified in the Award Agreement for such option and as may, in the discretion of the Committee and consistently with the provisions of the Plan, be extended from time to time prior to the expiration date of such stock option then in effect

Option Term. That period of time commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the date, not sooner than the expiration or earlier termination of the Rental Agreement, which is thirty (30) days following the date on which the Company receives written notice from the Issuer that the Rental Agreement has expired or terminated and that the Option must be exercised within thirty (30) days or will lapse.

Option Term. The period during which an Option may be exercised, which shall be 10 years from the date of grant thereof unless a shorter period is provided by the Committee or by a provision of the Plan

Option Term. The period beginning on the commencement date of the Compliance Period and ending on (i) the termination date of the Compliance Period or (ii) the date on which Buyer has purchased the maximum aggregate quantity of Emissions Credits covered by the Option, whichever occurs first.

Option Term. That period of time commencing on the Execution Date and ending on or before January 31, 2015
