Option Valuation Percentage

Option Valuation Percentage. Means the percentage determined by the Committee on or before the Election Date in each Plan Year as being the approximate fair value of an Option relative to a share of Common Stock on the date of the grant of the Option. The Option Valuation Percentage may not be less than 30%. Until changed by the Committee, the Option Valuation Percentage shall be 33%.
