Option Writer. And "Reinsurance Option Writer" shall mean the respective entities listed on Exhibit A.

Option Writer. Means the organization named in the preamble of this Agreement, which shall be (a) entitled to the financial benefits and privileges, and subject to the financial burdens and obligations, of Option Writer under this Agreement , (b) obligated to fully comply with all representations, warranties, conditions, covenants and agreements applicable to Option Writer under this Agreement, and (c) referred to in this Agreement as an "Option Writer".
