Example Definitions of "Optional Redemption Price"
Optional Redemption Price. Shall mean, with respect to each share of Series A Preferred Stock to be redeemed, the sum of (i) $1.00 plus (ii) all unpaid dividends (whether or not declared) on such share accrued from (and including) the immediately preceding Dividend Payment Date to (but not including) the Optional Redemption Date.
