Optionee

Example Definitions of "Optionee"
Optionee. Means a Director, Officer, Employee and Consultant who receives an Option Restricted Stock.
Optionee. Means an Employee or Consultant who receives an Option, provided, however, that the term "Optionee" when referring to or used in the context of an Incentive Stock Option shall be limited to an Employee of the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary of the Company.
Optionee. An Employee, Director or Consultant of the Corporation or one of its Affiliates to whom an Option has been granted under the Plan or, if applicable, such other person who holds an outstanding Option.
Optionee. A person to whom an option has been granted under the Plan which has not expired or been fully exercised or surrendered
