Optionee

Example Definitions of "Optionee"
Optionee. A key employee or officer of the Company or its Subsidiaries to whom an Option has been granted under this Plan.
Optionee. Means an Eligible Director who has been granted an Option.
Optionee. This term shall mean any Eligible Participant to whom a Stock Option has been granted pursuant to this Plan, including those persons to whom an option is granted under Section 7 hereof in exchange for options previously granted under either of the Subsidiary Plans, provided that at least part of the Stock Option is outstanding and unexercised.
Optionee. Shall mean an Employee, independent contractor or director who receives an Option under the Plan, either directly or as a beneficiary of the Trust.
Optionee. Means a person to whom an Option is granted pursuant to the provisions of this Plan and, except where the context requires otherwise, includes, the Successors of any such person.
Optionee. Means the holder of an Option granted pursuant to the provisions of this Plan.
