Options

Options. Shall mean any stock options issued pursuant to any present or future stock option plan of the Corporation.

Options. Shall mean options granted to certain Management Stockholders under the 2010 Equity Incentive Plan to purchase shares of the Company's Common Stock.

Options. Means any warrants or other rights or options to subscribe for or purchase Common Stock or Convertible Securities.

Rights, options or warrants to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire either shares of Class A Common Stock or Convertible Securities, excluding rights, warrants and options granted on or after the Original Issue Date, to employees, officers, directors or consultants of the Company or any subsidiary thereof pursuant to any stock option plan or agreement adopted by the Board of Directors.
