Oral Instructions

Oral Instructions. Shall mean verbal instructions received by BNY from an Authorized Person or from a person reasonably believed by BNY to be an Authorized Person.

Oral Instructions. Mean oral instructions received by PFPC from an Authorized Person or from a person reasonably believed by PFPC to be an Authorized Person. 1 PFPC may, in its reasonable discretion in each separate instance, consider and rely upon instructions it receives from an Authorized Person via electronic mail as Oral Instructions.

Oral Instructions. Mean oral instructions received by PFPC from an Authorized Person or from a person reasonably believed by PFPC to be an Authorized Person.

Oral Instructions. Shall mean oral instructions received by BNY Mellon under permissible circumstances specified by BNY Mellon, in its sole discretion, as being from an Authorized Person or person believed in good faith by BNY Mellon to be an Authorized Person.

Oral Instructions. Means, with respect to this Agreement, spoken instructions issued to BNY Mellon and reasonably believed by BNY Mellon to be from an Authorized Person.

Oral Instructions. Means instructions orally communicated to and actually received by the Transfer Agent from an Authorized Person or from a person the Transfer Agent reasonably believes to be an Authorized Person;

Oral Instructions. Instructions (including without limitation instructions received by telephone, facsimile, electronic mail or other electronic mail), other than written instructions, actually received by FTIS from a person reasonably believed by FTIS to be an Authorized Person
