Example Definitions of "OraQuick® Contract"
OraQuick® Contract. Shall mean any written contract pursuant to which Abbott or its Affiliates supplies OraQuick® Product to any of its customers; provided that the term OraQuick® Contract shall not include any Combined Contract.
