Ordering Entity. An entity controlled by, under common control with, or controlling IQE plc (with "control" meaning ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the voting stock of the entity or, in the case of a non-corporate entity, an equivalent interest), that is authorized to make purchases hereunder by submitting Purchase Order Releases to AXT.
