Organic Document

Organic Document. Means, relative to the Guarantor or the Seller, as applicable, its certificate of incorporation, by-laws, certificate of partnership, partnership agreement, certificate of formation, limited liability agreement and all shareholder agreements, voting trusts and similar arrangements to which Anthracite or the Seller is a party applicable to any of its authorized shares. -4-

Organic Document. Means, relative to any Person, its articles or certificate of incorporation, or certificate of limited partnership or formation, its bylaws, partnership or operating agreement or other organizational documents, and all stockholders agreements, voting trusts and similar arrangements applicable to any of its capital stock, partnership interests or other ownership interests.

Organic Document. Means, relative to any Borrower or any Subsidiary, its certificate of incorporation, by laws, certificate of partnership, partnership agreement, certificate of formation, limited liability agreement, operating agreement and all shareholder agreements, voting trusts and similar arrangements applicable to such Borrower's or any Subsidiary's equity securities.
