ORGANIZER OPTION

ORGANIZER OPTION. Means one of the options granted to an Organizer that is specifically described as such in the relevant Stock Option Agreement, which shall be granted in recognition of the seed money for the organization of the Bank or the Company provided by such Organizer, and the actual investment by such Organizer in the common stock of the Company.
