Original Cost

Example Definitions of "Original Cost"
Original Cost. The price paid therefor (in each case, as proportionally adjusted for all share splits, share dividends and other recapitalizations affecting such ordinary share subsequent to any such purchase)
Original Cost. $0.30 per share (as proportionately adjusted for all share splits, share dividends and other recapitalizations subsequent to the date hereof).
