Original EBIZ Group

Original EBIZ Group. The group of Shareholders comprised of Jeffrey I. Rassas and Stephen C. Herman, except if at any time any such Shareholder does not have any beneficial interest in shares of Stock, then such Shareholder shall automatically cease to be a member of the Original EBIZ Group.
