Example Definitions of "Original Value"
Original Value. Means the Preferred Share Purchase Price for each Preferred Share, as proportionally adjusted for all stock splits, stock dividends, and any other subdivisions, combinations, reclassifications, or recapitalizations affecting the Preferred Shares.
Original Value. Means with respect to each share of Executive Securities, the purchase price paid for such share (as proportionally adjusted for all stock splits, stock dividends and other recapitalizations subsequent to the date hereof).
