Example Definitions of "Originator"
Originator. Individually or collectively, as the context may require (a) Pilgrim's Pride, as the transferor of Receivables to the Seller under the Purchase and Contribution Agreement described in clause (i) of the definition thereof and (b) each Transferor, as a transferor of Receivables to Pilgrim's Pride under a Purchase Agreement.
