Other Administrative Claim Reserve

Other Administrative Claim Reserve. A cash reserve to be established and funded from the Sale Proceeds for the payment of Other Administrative Fee Claims in the amount of $250,000; provided, for the avoidance of doubt, all Other Administrative Claims will be paid in full and satisfied pursuant to the terms of this Settlement Agreement irrespective of the amount reserved in the Other Administrative Claims Reserve.
