Other Administrative Claims. A claim against either of Centers or Holdings for: (i) any cost or expense of administration of the Bankruptcy Cases asserted or arising under sections 503 or 507(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code including, but not limited to, (A) any actual and necessary post-Petition Date cost or expense of preserving the Debtors' respective estates or operating the businesses of the Debtors, and (B) any post-Petition Date cost, indebtedness or contractual obligation duly and validly incurred or assumed by the...
