Other Capitalized Costs

Other Capitalized Costs. Means the gross amount capitalized, for such period, as long term assets (net of cash received in respect of long term assets), other than (i) Capital Expenditures and (ii) fees and expenses capitalized with respect to 4 the Related Transactions or the transactions under the Existing Credit Agreement.
