Other Cash-Based Award

Other Cash-Based Award. An Award which is not denominated or valued by reference to Stock, including an Award which is subject to the attainment of Performance Goals or otherwise as permitted under the Plan

Other Cash-Based Award. An Award granted under Section 10 of the Plan that is payable without reference to the value of Common Stock

Other Cash-Based Award. A contractual right granted to an Eligible Person under Section 13 hereof entitling such Eligible Person to receive a cash payment at such times, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement

Other Cash-Based Award. An Award that is not a Stock Appreciation Right or Restricted Stock Unit granted under Section 10 of the Plan that is denominated and/or payable in cash

Other Cash-Based Award. Shall mean a right or other interest granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 6(g) hereof other than an Other Stock-Based Award entitling such Participant to receive a cash payment at such times, and subject to such conditions, as are set forth in the Plan and the applicable Award Agreement.

Other Cash-Based Award. Means an Award granted under Section 10 of the Plan that is denominated and/or payable in cash, including cash awarded as a bonus or upon the attainment of specific performance criteria or as otherwise permitted by the Plan or as contemplated by the Committee.

Other Cash-Based Award. An Award that is not otherwise specifically provided for under the Plan that is granted under Section 11 of the Plan and that is payable in cash and may be subject to such vesting terms and conditions as determined by the Committee.

Other Cash-Based Award. An Award granted pursuant to Section 10(c) of the Plan and payable in cash at such time or times and subject to such terms and conditions as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion.
