Other Defined Terms. Shall have the meanings assigned to them in the preamble to -3- this Agreement. Any term that is not defined in this Agreement shall, unless the context otherwise requires, have the meaning assigned in the Code or the Treasury Regulations. References to provisions of the Code or Treasury Regulations shall include a reference to any successor provision.
