Other Definitional Matters. The words "include" and "including" will be deemed to be followed by the phrase "without limitation" when such phrase does not otherwise appear. The terms "herein", "hereof" and "hereunder" and other words of similar import refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular section, paragraph or subdivision. All article, section, paragraph, clause, exhibit or schedule references not attributed to a particular document will be references to such parts of this Agreement.
