Other Enterprise. Other Enterprise. Means another corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, association or other enterprise, whether for profit or not-for-profit, including any subsidiaries of the Company, any entities formed by the Company and any employee benefit plans maintained or sponsored by the Company where the Indemnitee is serving at the request of the Company in any capacity.

Other Enterprise. Employee benefit plans; references to 'fines' shall include any excise tax assessed respecting any employee benefit plan; references to 'official capacity' and 'serving at the Corporation's request' shall include any service as a director, officer, employee, agent, or advisor respecting an employee benefit plan, its participants, or beneficiaries and any other employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship undertaken by Indemnitee on the Corporation's behalf.

Other Enterprise. Include, among others, civic, non-profit or charitable organizations, whether or not incorporated

Other Enterprise. Means any other foreign or domestic corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan, or other entity. For clarity, service as a trustee or as a member of a management or similar committee of a partnership, joint venture, or limited liability company shall be considered service as a director, officer, or employee of the trust, partnership, joint venture, or limited liability company.
