Other Implementation Date. As to PLS/Other Loans, one or more dates mutually agreed upon by the Parties with respect to one or more Trust/Other that occurs on the last day of a month, provided that, prior to such Other Implementation Date, Other Consent has been obtained with respect to such Trust/Other(s), and further provided that the last Other Implementation Date shall be on the last day of the month immediately following the month in which deadline to obtain Other Consents pursuant to Section 9(b) occurs
