Other Indebtedness

Other Indebtedness. Any unsecured indebtedness of the Borrower for borrowed money, other than indebtedness constituting a Credit Agreement Obligation or Indenture Obligation, existing on the date hereof or hereafter incurred by the Borrower, but only to the extent the Borrower is permitted to Incur such indebtedness under the Borrower Indentures and the Credit Agreement.

Other Indebtedness. All now existing and hereafter arising Indebtedness, or other obligations or liabilities, of each Pledgor, whether as a primary obligor, guarantor or otherwise, to the Secured Party, other than that which relates to or arises under or in connection with the Note Purchase Agreements and the other Financing Agreements to which such Pledgor is a party
