Other Indemnitors

Other Indemnitors. (i) any employer of Indemnitee, (ii) any entity in which an Indemnitee is a partner, member or equity holder, (iii) any entity for whom Indemnitee is serving as director or manager of, or consultant to, the Company at the request of such entity, (iv) any affiliate of or any insurer of the foregoing (in (i) through (iii)), or (v) any insurer of Indemnitee other than an insurer provided by the Company
