Other Inseego IP. Means any Intellectual Property owned by Inseego and/or any of its Affiliates on the Effective Date or licensable (both prior to and after the Effective Date) by Inseego and/or any of its Affiliates, other than the Intellectual Property in the Inseego Technology, that is or was used by Company or any Affiliate of Company prior to the Effective Date in connection with the conduct of the Business. 2
