Example Definitions of "Other Intellectual Property"
Other Intellectual Property. Means all other intellectual property owned by Pay2 or to which it has a license to market, sell, manipulate and otherwise take advantage.
Other Intellectual Property. Means trade secrets, proprietary software, proprietary technology, technical information, know-how, trade secrets, inventions, designs, discoveries and other proprietary rights used by Seller exclusively in the conduct of the Business (other than the Listed Intellectual Property).
