Other Investor Shares

Other Investor Shares. Means all Stockholder Shares issued or issuable to any Other Investor, whether upon the exercise of any Common Stock Equivalents, preemptive rights or otherwise.

Other Investor Shares. Shall mean all shares of Common Stock originally issued to, or issued with respect to shares originally issued to, or held by, an Other Investor, whenever issued, subject to Section 3.1.

Other Investor Shares. Means Investor Shares issued to, or held by, an Other Investor.

Other Investor Shares. Means Investor Shares issued to, or issued with respect to shares originally issued to (including in connection with the Reclassification), or held by, an Other Investor.

Other Investor Shares.
