Other Licensed Product. Each product listed on Exhibit A (as such list may be modified from time to time by Alexion in accordance with Section 2.3), the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale, importation or exportation of which in a particular country would, but for the license granted in Section 2.1(b), infringe a Valid Claim.
