Other NonConvertible Notes
Other NonConvertible Notes. Means, collectively, all senior non-convertible secured notes issued on the Closing Date by the Company pursuant to the Other Exchange Agreements, and shall include all senior secured notes issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof.
