Other Permitted Investment Asset. An asset, other than cash, cash equivalents, short term bonds, auction rate securities and similar short term investments, acquired by the Company for investment purposes that is not a Loan or a Property but that is attributable to an investment or activities of the Company outside the United States and is consistent with the investment objectives and policies of the Company.
