Other Royalties. The right, title and interest, if any, that was granted to the Vendor and/or KEC in, to, relating to or arising from the 2% net smelter royalties and the 1% net smelter royalties, as the case may be, with respect to the Other Concessions provided in (a) Section 4 of the Termination of Property Rights Agreement or (b) the contractos attached hereto as Schedule B
