Example Definitions of "Other Services"
Other Services. Means services, in addition to those provided for in this Agreement at the Effective Date, that are provided by DPI for Pfizer from time to time, such as work which is in addition to that contemplated by the Annual Project Plan and Annual Budget, computational chemistry and other work, agreed to by the parties and as expressed in a written Work Order and funded or paid for by Pfizer with funds incremental to the Annual Budget.
